If you go to Vegas, do you have to Gamble?

There is a war on in Las Vegas, although it’s not the type with Guns, OK, well sometimes it is. Las Vegas is described by many as the fun city as well, a place for adults to act like Kids again. Las Vegas may be a Gambling capital to the world, but there is definitely a chilled out region to this city?

Las Vegas may be known for all of its gambling establishments, but it is slowly becoming world renowned for the relaxing spa hotels that it offers too. The Bellagio, probably the most famous and most luxurious of all the Casinos, contains some of the most luxurious Spa treatment centres in the world. The Bellagio has many different spa treatments for you to indulge in, including a thermal spa therapy.

Caesars Palace is another one of the biggest casino/hotels in Las Vegas. This will take you back in time to the Roman empire. So the Spa treatments you can get here are very natural, the health Spa provides a relaxing and enjoyable experience for everyone that stays here. Even the Casino has a relaxed yet energetic feel about it. The service is great, and the staff make sure you are relaxed and comfortable.

These hotels are a great place to experience a spa day, but if you are here you have got to try the Casino gambling a little. Do we have the ability to go on a spa holiday in Vegas without being plunged into the Gambling atmosphere as well? Everywhere seems to have this Gambling and Spa infusion.

This is where the Four Seasons makes a stand. What a place for anyone to get exactly what they want and at any time. When you consider how well looked after you are, the extra money that this will cost is worth every penny. Imagine a sauna, but a lot more luxurious, with something like a jacuzzi as well, then you have a steam room?

Las Vegas holidays, they aren’t just about the Gambling, so when considering your holidays maybe you should keep Vegas in mind. For those that want theme park holidays, you should try Florida holidays.

International Spa Association Claim Spas Can Ride Out The Recession

You might think that during a global economic downturn, health spas would suffer from loss of custom. You might think that people would be caring less about what they look like right now and more about making sure they have a roof over their heads and food in their mouths. You might be surprised to learn then that the International Spa Assosication (ISPA) has suggested recently that health spa are recession proof. They then backed this up with figures that showed visits to health spas in 2008 were up a whopping 16% on 2007 statistics. But how can this be?

Officials from the ISPA have said that spas will always be able to cater for the current demands of the consumers and adapt their game to match the market. What is meant by this is that a spa will offer people indulgent and pampering treatments when everything is going well and they have lots of money. They offer luxury manicures and indulgent body wraps, playing very much on the theme of ‘why not? You’ve earned it’.However, the same offerings would not go down well in a recession. You will not get people to spend money on things they consider ‘treats’ when their finances are uncertain. It is therefore necessary for spas to make some changes to what they seem to be offering.

When people are suffering from stress or financial worries the spas can offer the perfect remedy. A massage or invigorating body treatment is usually the first thing they market, aimed at revitalising the body and repairing the muscles that have endured so much suffering recently. Instead of pampering facials, you can now get a energising exfoliating scrub to get rid of all that old bad skin and emerge a brand new butterfly with a fresh outlook on life and a positive attitude towards any problems you may be facing
